Wir hatten 4 tolle Tage, danke Juan für die sehr kurzfristige Stornierung eines Zimmers und die 100% Preiserstattung. Die Angestellten waren zu jeder Tages- und Nachtzeit freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Für einen kurzen Aufenthalt perfekt. Danke

Parecían habitaciones de prostíbulo. Viejas, sucias con enchufes rotos, los baños sucios. Parecía que iba a entrar en el cuarto alguien todo el rato. El personal muy amable.

Für einen Aufenthalt am Ballermann super geeignet. Nettes Personal an der Rezeption, sehr hilfsbereit! Zimmer Zweckmäßig aber völlig in Ordnung, Müll der Vorgänger war nicht richtig entsorgt.

Chambre minimaliste et beaucoup de bruit la nuit dans l'hôtel à cause de groupes de jeunes allemands. Peu de séparation sur la terrasse avec celle du voisin. Un simple muret de 70 cm separe la terrasse. Literie à renouveler, un matelas était correct et l'autre, on sentait tous les ressorts. Pour 2 personnes, uniquement une petite serviette mais quand même 2 draps de bain. Uniquement un mini savon à disposition même si la possibilité est offerte de récupérer ce que d'autres vacanciers ont laissé en bon etat. J'y ai passé 3 nuits. Je pense que c'est un maximum et je n'y retournerai pas.

El personal ha sido amable con todas nosotras, desde el primer día nos dieron todas las comodidades que estuvieron en su mano, nos recomendaron lugares que visitar, buses que coger... Sin duda nunca he tenido un trato tan cercano con el personal de ningún hotel como este. La localización y la distancia a la playa son buenísimas, sin duda si vuelvo a Mallorca volveré y recomiendo este hotel 100%.
