This family tradition is an oasis in the center of Puerto de Pollensa. This population is the closest to the spectacular Formentor Peninsula. Bellavista is located 100 meters from the beach, bus stop, tourist information center and the Marina in the quiet Monges.La Pension Bellavista Street was built as an annex of the legendary Hotel Bellavista in 1948 and retains some of the special atmosphere of that time, with its architecture and its beautiful garden and terrace. Into the garden you can enjoy delicious breakfast and a delicious vegetarian meals throughout the day.

From the airport or port of Palma can be reached at Puerto Pollensa by bus from the terminal to Plaza de Spain or rent a car for motorway to Sa Pobla and from there take direction Pollensa and Puerto Alcudia to find directions to Puerto de Pollensa. Once here from the roundabout where the Paseo Saralegui begins (a seafront) and the public port on the left is the first street on your right. Monks Street is a short street that crosses between two main streets: Paseo Saralegui and JoanXXIII

Lovely stay, comfortable room in a great location. Staff were all friendly and efficient. Very relaxed environment and resident pets add a homely feel. Intelligent approach to cleaning and towel changing. We would probably struggle a little with the heat in high season given lack of air conditioning but the ceiling fans were quite adequate for our stay.

La pensión bellavista es una casa con mucho encanto, un estilo muy personal y un alma artística, donde nos sentimos como en casa. Las habitaciones son muy limpias y disponen de todo lo necesario, y la cocinita compartida es muy cómoda. La gran terraza común es excepcional y la presencia de los gatos y perros añade al encanto del lugar. Nos acogió Coloma, la dueña del sitio. Es una persona muy generosa, abierta, alegre y siempre disponible, que se involucra mucho en los temas de preservación del medio ambiente y la protección de los animales en su vida cotidiana. ¡Ojalá nos pudiéramos quedar a vivir allí todo el año!

We felt very welcome in this cosy hostel with a warm team ! The planet-friendly way of managing the place is both inspiring an hearthwarming. Ideal place for catlovers : this friendly animals live on the terrace and that was an extra bonus for us. The location is ideal : close to beach and close to marketarea, the hostel is surrounded by the buzz of a lively small town. Perfect place for us in low-season (no airco and not too much streetnoise), we'd love to come back one day !

10/10. We’ve just had a lovely 7 nights staying at the delightful Bellavista. The location was perfect with easy access to the beaches, shops restaurants and bus terminal though secreted down a quiet back street. The building itself was delightful and the staff were great, very helpful and friendly. The other guests seemed to be very like minded and overall the atmosphere was very relaxed. An added bonus was having an excellent vegetarian restaurant, Bellaverde, located adjacent to Bellavista. Great for breakfasts and evenings meals. We will definitely return and would not hesitate in recommending the Bellavista to other travellers and holiday makers.

La verdad es que mis amigas y yo quedamos encantadas con el lugar y su atención. Ein schönes einfaches Stadthaus mit viel Charme und schöner Atmosphäre - nur wenige Meter vom Meer (Hafen, Strände, Promenade) entfernt. Drei sehr herzliche Frauen betreuen die Pension. Es räkeln sich Katzen auf Fensterbänken und Terrassen. Einige Hunde gehören ebenfalls zum Haus. Sie sind allesamt ruhig und sehr entspannt. Die Zimmer sind angenehm schlicht (ohne TV, Klimaanlage, etc.), die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt Zimmer mit eigenem kleinem Balkon zur Straßenseite hin - wer geräuschempfindlich ist, sollte besser ein Zimmer zur Gemeinschaftsterrasse hin nehmen. Es gibt eine kleine Gemeinschaftsküche mit Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle. Ebenfalls gibt es eine Waschmaschine. Die Gemeinschaftsterrasse im 1. Stock lädt zum Verweilen ein. Nebenan mit schönem Außenbereich ist ein vegetarisches Restaurant. Alles in allem ein Wohlfühlort, den ich sehr empfehlen kann.

Hola!! Nos ha encantado! Sobre todo la decoración tan hippy de nuestra habitación en tonos turquesas! La ubicación era perfecta. Esperamos volver en otra ocasión! Sin la amiga que era alérgica a los gatos, aunque por suerte no tuvo ninguna reacción. Lo único que mejoraría es el agua de la ducha que salía con un olor un poco raro y quitaría el comedero de los gatos de la recepción. Muchas gracias! Un saludo Cristina

Wir haben uns für 9 Tage rundherum wohlgefühlt. Im Appartement war alles vorhanden was man zum Wohnen benötigt. Eine kleine Küche, sauberes Badezimmer und draußen ein Baum mit frischen Feigen. Die Katzen und Hunde, die zum Hostel gehörten waren nicht störend. Nebenan ein lecker Vegetarisches Restaurant in dem wir beim Frühstück Rabatt bekamen. Alle waren sehr gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit, das Haus betagt mit alter Treppe und schönen Bildern. Oben eine schöne Dachterasse.

Un petit air de l’auberge espagnol flotte sur cette pension ! Nous avons adoré ces deux nuits passées avec nos deux enfants dans ce petit écrin de verdure. I loved Pension Bellavista: charm of an original house with necessary comforts (clean) and a warm welcome. This place has a soul, with good energy and this is not so easy to find I guess in such a touristic town. Don't expect 5star, this is a modest house, but well conserved by very nice people. Also I loved that I was surrounded with cats and dogs. They are very quiet and go about their own life. All of these details made me feel like home, and the best part is that it was so close to everything: beach, shops, restaurants, main square, bus stop... I tried breakfast twice at the restaurant (not included but discount for guests) and it was very good. My only regret is that I couldn't try dinner as it was always full. So I would recommend to book in advance.

Sehr schöne, gut gelegene Pension mit schönen Zimmern u neuen Bädern. Teilweise mit Balkon, hier kann man dann die Badeschachen über die Brüstung hängen. Ansonsten nur kleiner Wäschestönder auf der Terrasse, etwas mehr Möglichkeiten zum Aufhängen der Badesachen wäre schön. Auch einen Liegedtuhl auf der Terrasse habe ich vermisst:-)) Aber das sind nur Kleingkeiten.. es war ein toller Aufenthalt , wir kommen gerne wieder.

Beautiful and uniquely decorated pension. Has a roof terrace and lots of cats and dogs, which we liked. There are fridges, kettles and kitchenware, which we hadn't had access to anywhere else we stayed. Great, friendly and helpful staff. Seemed to be child - friendly.

El ambiente es el de un "guest house" mochilero de la India, muy acogedor, con una gran terraza mirando al este para hacer el yoga matinal con su saludo al sol. Nos encantaron los perros y los gatos docentes. El restaurante vegetariano / vegano ofrece unos buenos desayunos además de una buena carta vegetariana/vegana y con un@s camarer@s excepcionalmente simpátic@s. Coloma, la dueña, también un encanto.

Casa autentica con buena situacion a 100 m de la playa,de todos los comercios y de la parada del autobus. Desayuno muy bueno con frutas y cereales (no se sirve el lunes por que los servicios del restaurant son separados del hotel,cuidado al momento de reservar). Las habitaciones son muy tipicas con decoraciones originales y un patio colectivo. Lugar exotico que da ganas de volver.

on booking we were concerned that the price seemed too good to be true so we were delighted when we arrived to find such a lovely place ( the weather was a bit different!) but it was a good plscve to rediscover the resort after a 12 year break - this time without children. an informal, almost bohemian feel to it. the cats and dogs added to the atmosphere and did not intrude.

sehr freundliches, aufgestelltes Personal sehr lärmig auf der Strassenseite bis am Abend spät und bereits um 5 uhr morgens Müllabfuhr und andere laute Autos..!. zu wenig Ablagefläche für Kleider (nur ein kleiner Schrank) sehr viele, sehr schöne , gepflegte Katzen...aber ab und zu auf Stühlen, auf der Receptionstheke, auf dem Sofa liegend...und mehrere Hunde...sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig und nichts für Katzenallergiker...

Bellavista is a small charming and friendly hostel. Its an intersting historic building, with original features and tasteful art. It suited us as it was not too fussy, we could come in from the beach, make a cup of tea or snack using the facilities provided. Beds were comfy, and the ceiling fan was much appreciated. The road was noisy some nights (front facing room). Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and allowed us to print off our boarding passes, which we were grateful for. Our 8 year old son loved the cats and dogs, all friendly. The breakfast was served in the restaurant next door, in relaxing atmosphere under fig trees and served by friendly, helpful waitresses. We dined at the restuarant (vegetarian) one night and really enjoyed, the waiter engaging in humour with our son. Staff were English speaking. Rooms and hotel spotlessly clean. Water machine to refill bottles. Our stay at Bellavista was perfect thank you, we would recommend to others, and would like to visit again. Deborah Simon James Coldbreath

Super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Pension ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail geschmackvoll eingerichtet, man kann einen gemeinschaftlichen Kühlschrank nutzen und z.B. selbst Frühstück machen. Durch diese Art von WG-Küche muss man bei der Sauberkeit im Küchenbereich Abstriche machen. Das vegetarisch-vegane Restaurant ist Spitze mit fairen Preisen. Weil viele Katzen in der Pension zuhause sind, ist das nichts für Allergiker. Nettes, fürsorgliches, entspanntes Team.Das Appartment im Nebengebäude ist zwar groß, aber die Außenterasse sehr klein und eingemauert, der Küche fehlt es noch an Ausstattung, wie Kaffeemaschine, das Bad könnte eine Renovierung vertragen. Das Schlafzimmer geht zu einer belebten Restaurantstraße, sodass es nachts lange laut ist. Auch könnte es sauberer sein.

Hay muchos animales (gatos, perros) en el hostal. Entonces es un lugar para los que quieren los animales. Hay una terraza grande y refrigeradores que se pueden utilizar para refrescos u otras cositas compradas en el supermercado.
